Session Meads: Under 7% ABV, lightly sparkling and packaged in crown capped 500ml bottles.
Still Meads: Above 7% ABV, flat (not sparkling) and packaged in bottles with cork stoppers.
Barrel-Aged Series: Amped up session meads clocking in (usually) around 10% ABV.  We age these “imperial” session meads in a fantastic array of barrels.
