This gose-inspired mead is a tribute to a historic brew that has once again found renewed popularity. With their rise from obscurity, an on-going experiment with the gose-style and mead only seemed fitting. Jammy blueberry sweetness is balanced by salinity from Hawaiian Alaea Sea Salt with lactic tartness. This is our second installment in the Gose Project series.
