This single honey varietal traditional mead is simply honey, water and yeast.  Once fermentation is complete it is then aged in a neutral oak barrel for added complexity and structure.  The citrus notes of this mead are not from oranges themselves but are from the orange blossom honey it was made with.  Sweet and delectable; with each sip you’ll feel transported back to the grove from which this honey came.

Tasting Notes: Honey forward with citrus notes and viscous mouthfeel.  Neutral oak on finish with honey that lingers on palette.
